Here’s the programme of the American concert I put on with The Downs Community Choir in November 1994. There was a lot of music but it was really enjoyable to work in the many different styles with all the various vocal techniques. The trickiest one was the Navajo song I wrote down phonetically from a record (remember those?!). My scrawled copy is to your right…. I had a poster of the evening for years but mislaid it in the last house move.
