In 2016 my school visited the local church, St. George’s, in Nailsworth, Glos. to see the charcoal etchings of a huge painting depicting The Last Supper by the London artist Lorna May Wadsworth. I was so entranced by it I told the Revd. Stephen Earley that I would love to write a choral piece for the unveiling ‘service.’ He was happy with that and I chose ‘Haggadah - The Telling,’ a crucial part of the Passover meal.

Lorna was unable to attend the unveiling service as her plane was grounded following the Iceland volcano. However, the Vivienne Westwood model she used for Jesus, Tafari Hinds, came along. The press releaseis under Tafari and the Bishop on the right!
