I have just finished setting the words of ‘Lux Aeterna’ to new music… why, you may ask? Well, for many years, the West Window of St. Peter’s Church, Evercreech, has been blocked off by the organ pipes so noone could access it. With the very recent organ restorations done by Lance and Christopher Foy of Truro it has been possible to get to the stained glass window again so it can be illuminated at night.

As soon as I read the news and saw the photo of the West Window at night, the words of ‘Lux Aeterna’ sprang into my head…. I MUST set this to music. Please click on the video to see and listen to the music….
